The digital still
equipment registered below is guaranteed to operate according to
manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 2 additional years
from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall
repair same to operate properly. This service contact must be
purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment
hereunder is purchased. You must register this warranty within
thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website
www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225)
or 973-467-2291.
In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you
must visit us at www.mackcam.com to obtain a Repair Authorization
Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions
please visit us at www.mackcam.com or call toll free 1-800-252-MACK
(6225). For international inquiries please email us at
international@mackcam.com.
Mack Camera & Video Service is not responsible for international
shipping charges or for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or
Brokerage fees upon Custom’s clearance.
This exclusive warranty covers most malfunctions including impact,
sand damage, and customer misuse. The equipment will be restored to
proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes
internal parts and labor). If the equipment cannot be restored to
manufacturer’s specifications the unit will be replaced at fair
market value.
This service contract is not for professional use or professional
cameras. The service contract only applies to new cameras and is
only valid within the Continental U.S. This service contract is not
transferable.
This service contract does not cover liquid damage, cracked lens
elements, cosmetic repair, accessory flashes, accessory lenses,
batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, remotes, cables,
firmware upgrades and additional accessories. Cracked lens elements,
LCD’s and cosmetics will be repaired at the cost of parts only. If
cosmetics interfere with the repair of the camera, cosmetics must be
repaired.
Mack Camera & Video Services Inc. will not be liable for loss of
revenues or profits, inconvenience, consequential damages or other
related expenses.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This
service contract is only valid if positive identification of the
unit covered hereunder is presented at the time of service.
A separate lens service contract is available for interchangeable
lenses. |
