The PDA/GPS equipment registered below is
guaranteed to operate according to manufacturer’s specifications for a
period of 3 additional years after the expiration of the manufacturer’s
warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly. This service contract
must be purchased within thirty (30) days from the date the equipment
hereunder is purchased. You must register this service contract within
thirty (30) days with Mack Camera by visiting us at our website
www.mackcam.com or by calling us toll free at 1-800-252-MACK (6225) or
973-467-2291.
In the event this equipment requires any repair or service you must visit
www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair Authorization
Number and current shipping charges. If you have any questions please visit
us at www.mackcam.com or call Toll Free 1-800-252-MACK. For international
inquiries please email us at international@mackcam.com.
Mack Camera & Video Service Inc. is not responsible for international
shipping or for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees
upon customs clearance.
The PDA/GPS will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to
you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer’s defects.)
Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured to the
registered contract holder, provided the equipment has not been misused,
tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of liquid, grit, sand,
corrosion, impact and physically broken parts or lack of proper care as
indicated in the manual of operations. Cracked screens are not covered. You
may transfer this service contract to another person for a $20.00
administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to
terminate service contracts if invoices are not paid within terms or are
fraudulently altered by the dealers or service contract holder.
This service contract does not extend to installation or adjustment at the
user’s location, all batteries, any software programs or upgrades or
sensitive information data on your system. It does not cover cables,
batteries, AC adapters, car adapters, docks, mounting brackets, cradles,
remotes, software, any additional accessories or other expenses of
consequential damages.
Mack Camera & Video Service will not be liable for the loss of revenues or
profits, inconvenience, expense of substitute equipment, loss of incidental
or consequential damages. If the unit cannot be repaired by Mack Camera or
the Manufacturer for manufacturer’s defects, replacement will be made with
the same or equivalent model based on the contracted unit current market
value at our discretion.
This service contract applies only to the product(s) specified herein.
This service contract is not an insurance policy or a warranty. This service
contract is only valid if positive identification is presented at time of
service.
